Annual Zemun Fest is a great opportunity to have fun and enjoy different performances in one of the most beautiful parts of Belgrade – Zemun. It is starting today, on August 17th, and will last until August 22nd. The events will take place in different locations around Zemun, so let us tell you what you should not miss.
Zemun Fest 2021 program
The main stages of the Zemun Fest will be at the Big Square (Veliki Trg), Magistrate Square (Magistarski Trg), and Zemun Quay.
Every evening, you will have a chance to watch a movie in the Big Square. Some of them are Serbian movies but some of them are foreign ones. They will be in the original language (Serbian, English, or French), with Serbian subtitles. On Thursday, August 19th at 20:00 you can watch the American movie Mainstream, while on Sunday, August 22nd, you can watch the British movie The Duke.
Magistrate Square will host different artistic and scene performances. Even though they will be in the Serbian language, you might find them interesting and entertaining.
Zemun Quay – the riverbank of Zemun – is where the party is going to be! Every evening at 22:00, different bands will have their mini-concerts at the plateau. The star of the show will certainly be the Bosnian band Hari Mata Hari. One of the most popular bands in the region, with distinguished style, they will certainly make the night of Saturday, August 21st, unforgettable.
