The famous Irish band, Irish Stew, will also hold a traditional concert in Belgrade this Saturday, March 9 at 20:00 in the cultural center Bozidarac.
On this occasion, beside the repertoire from the 15-year career as well as the current fourth studio album “City of Grigs”, the band will premiere a new violinist – Ana Đokić Brusić, who is known to the local audience as a violinist, composer and one of the designers the pioneer of the local Irish scene – the Orthodox Celts group.
“We are very pleased to be back on stage and in front of the audience after the winter break. This is a new beginning, and it is a great honor for us to see Ana on our stage this time, a lady in which we all watched from the first musical steps as one of the greatest models, “said the Irish Stew band.
This year, the concert will be organized in cooperation with the Belgrade Irish Festival, which will be held from 9 to 17 March. In this period, all fans of Irish music and culture will have an opportunity to visit a variety of other cultural / artistic events in several locations..
As a guest at the Belgrade concert on March 9, the group Scordisci will perform, and after that, Irish Stew will be pleased with their concerts in Kragujevac on March 15th and in Pancevo on March 22nd.
