CAPITOL PARK RAKOVICA – MARKET CENTER FOR ALL BELGRADE

The Kapitol Park Rakovica shopping center, which employs 400 people, opened at the end of 2017 in the Belgrade municipality of Rakovica, and another 50 people were announced in the second phase. It was opened at the site of the former factory Rekord.
“Kapitol Park Rakovica” area of 65.000 square meters is a joint investment of the British company “Poseidon Group” and the Belgian “Mitiska REIM” worth 30 million euros.
Kapitol Park Rakovica has 30 outlets where world famous brands are located, and 753 parking spaces. There are domestic and foreign trade and fashion chains, DIS hypermarket, home interior stores, fashion houses, sports shops, shoe shops, children’s goods, electronics and services, catering facilities and “Cine Grand” bishop with six rooms.
There were many officials at the opening.
“Kapitol Park Rakovica” is the third retail park of this company opened in Serbia. The first one was built in Šabac in 2014 and the next in Sombor in September this year, as announced by Poseidon Group, construction is planned in Leskovac and two more locations that will be discovered in 2018.
